Hi, I’m Erica.
I’m a therapist with over five years of clinical experience, and I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that feel hard to change. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, meaning I believe healing happens through safety, trust, and genuine connection. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to what feels right for you. I don’t believe you are broken, I believe your symptoms make sense in the context of your life, relationships, and experiences.I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the lasting imprint of trauma, those who feel anxious, weighed down, or disconnected from themselves, and uncertain of who they are beyond the roles they’ve learned to inhabit.
Much of this work involves gently unlearning the beliefs and survival strategies that once offered protection, but now keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, to turn inward with curiosity, and to begin rebuilding a relationship with the Self that is rooted in awareness, compassion, and truth.
